I wanted to write and commend the employees who helped me move from Austin, TX to Baton Rouge, LA during this past week. Johanna was very helpful and pleasant while clearing up a discrepancy regarding the quote and final moving price. Gerard assisted me when my packing materials did not arrive when scheduled and made a trip himself to ensure they were delivered on a Saturday when I was available. The moving team in Austin led by Walter Griffin were fast, courteous and pleasant. They took great care with my belongings and I could hardly believe how quickly they had the truck loaded. Giovanni and Teddy who delivered my goods this morning were quick, polite and willing to assist in any manner. My boxes and furniture all arrived with clear care taken to indicate which were mine for a smooth delivery. Overall my experience utilizing Elephant Moving Inc. was fantastic and I will recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you for your assistance during what can be a very stressful time.
