You all moved a piano for me last Sunday. Rachael was the young lady on the phone who set up my appointment and kept in very close touch with me. I just want to tell you that your movers were professional and very polite and it was an amazingly wonderful and quick experience. And I wanted to say that Rachael is one of the nicest, most helpful, courteous customer representatives I’ve ever dealt with on the phone with a business. She went beyond I think what she needed to do to make me comfortable and to stay in touch with me, and she was absolutely fabulous. I just wanted to put in a high recommendation for her and tell you that the team that worked at my place was wonderful. It was a wonderful experience and I will certainly recommend you to anybody else. I wanted to write and commend the employees who helped me move from Austin, TX to Baton Rouge, LA during this past week. Johanna was very helpful and pleasant while clearing up a discrepancy regarding the quote and final moving price. Gerard assisted me when my packing materials did not arrive when scheduled and made a trip himself to ensure they were delivered on a Saturday when I was available. The moving team in Austin led by Walter Griffin were fast, courteous and pleasant. They took great care with my belongings and I could hardly believe how quickly they had the truck loaded. Giovanni and Teddy who delivered my goods this morning were quick, polite and willing to assist in any manner. My boxes and furniture all arrived with clear care taken to indicate which were mine for a smooth delivery. Overall my experience utilizing Elephant Moving Inc. was fantastic and I will recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you for your assistance during what can be a very stressful time. Elephant Moving Inc. is by far the best moving company that we’ve used in Austin! They showed right on time and got right to work. They were very careful with our belongings and wrapped the furniture better than I would have on some of the less expensive pieces. We had a crew of 4 guys and they were very professional and organized. Also, I appreciated that we were given a discount for being asked to reschedule our move, even though it was only one day later. I know how complicated scheduling can be an I’m glad that they offered us the discount when the conflict came up. Very great job!!
